Learning with plants.
FORAGING DAY (IN PERSON)
Wild edible plants.
Identification of wild edible plants, conscious harvest,
cooking highly nutritious and delicious meals with wild plants.
The human being was a nomad for thousands of years, living from collecting wild plants and fruits for a long time. The simple act of harvesting what grows spontaneously around us is a deep rescue of the mammal memory within, connected, that inhabits our genetic library. The healing from the disconnection in which we are living is a lot about coming back to simple ways of living, simple acts as ancient as the human being. As harvesting what is born from the Earth, feeding and nourishing the relation of symbiosis and reciprocity with Her.

In this meeting we will learn how to identify and harvest in a conscious way wild edible plants. A small amount of a spontaneous wild plant has a lot more nutrients than a big amount of cultivated plants.
To know how to identify and how to consume wild plants is a very meaningful and valuable knowledge that promotes autonomy and awareness. In the second part of our meeting, in the kitchen, we will have the experience of how to introduce the plants in simple, healthy and tasty meals, that can be easily integrated in daily life.

MEMÓRIA DA TERRA
Cycles of Study with Native Plants and Ancient Wisdom.
For indigenous cultures, the study of plants is an integral and vital part of life. They are the source of healing, when there is sickness. They are food. They are teachers. The relationship between human beings and plants is nurtured, cared for and deepened. Some people study one plant their whole lives.
When we open space in our life to establish this relationship, not only we learn a lot, we also make powerful alliances for life. Memória da Terra is a study group of the relationship between us and the vegetable realm. This relationship happens on the different dimensions of being:physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual. It’s a fine study, that asks us to deepen into perception of the subtle reality and to learn a new language, where the rational mind becomes a tool in service of a much higher intelligence.

In this way we develop a very valuable capacity that is a great anchor on the path of awareness, of the path of healing our history and luggage, which is discernment. To know how to discern the language of intuition and embody the innate gift of knowing how to communicate at the level of the soul. Give strength to faith and trust and not allowing doubt and skepticism to guide our life.
At the same time, always questioning… always keeping our feet well firmed on the ground. To discern is about choosing what serves our life best in each moment. It is a fine study of great and deep rewards.
