When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

1. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

2. Rituais da Terra we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange.

3. In order to process your refund, you will need to present the purchase receipt.

4. Refund / exchange shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer.

5. Digital products, Customised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
